Background

In late 2005 Brian Lehmer was working as a leading creative director in the design department of a fast growing company in California. When he decided to move back to the Midwest and start an independent design and marketing consulting firm, his former employer became his first client. As our largest long-term client, this company's revenue has exceeded $65 million annually and continues to grow.

Using an efficient business model we can adapt quickly to economic change, design trends, and logistic requirements. As a matter of policy Lehmer & Associates was started and remains debt free.

Our long term plans for growth retain the idea of using experienced and qualified managing designers to oversee and work on projects for between one to three clients at most. That's because we believe you deserve only our very best work.
